Classical polish

Pitch and pad for the most demanding ZnSe and ZnS surfaces.

High-speed swing

Upper and lower swing machines for throughput.

Double-sided

6B / 9B / 13B for windows that must be parallel.

Ring polish

1.2 / 1.6 / 2.0 m tables for large infrared apertures.

Aspheres & DOE

Diffractive ZnSe: PV 0.134 µm, RMS 0.01 µm.

Coating

BBAR, AR, HD, DLC — witness-coupon measured.

Diffractive optics

Zone plates on ZnSe, not a brochure claim.

Catalog example: PV 0.1340 µm, RMS 0.01 µm. We machine and verify the sag, then coat. Ask for the interferogram with the lot.
